With the escalating change and growing instability around the globe, it is imperative now more than ever for the victim services community to bolster and champion victim needs, rights and long-term resilience.
Leave No Victim Behind VIII will focus on the strength and power of survival. Through the voices of victims who have been propelled into a raw and vulnerable existence and the communities that have supported them, we will learn how tragedy transforms and how grace is borne of the most depraved of crimes. We will also learn from the voices of those who continue to painfully wait for justice due to cases that have gone cold. Their stories are gut-wrenching and compel us to continue searching for resolution of their cases.
Please join us for a compelling three days of learning from victims, service providers, communities, and many others dedicated to the continued evolution of victim resilience. Speakers from several mass violence incidents and disasters will be featured. Incidents include the Oklahoma City bombing, the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, the October 7th music festival attack in Israel and others. Additional conference presentation details will be made available later this summer.
Leave No Victim Behind offers mini pre-conference sessions for all conference attendees.
